01 Terms Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the luck99 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the luck 99 brand. By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game, or accessing any part of our platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Luck99 platform. We recommend that you keep a copy of this document for your personal future reference.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luck99.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the luck99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country.
• Not residing in any country or region where the use of this platform is prohibited or restricted by local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program, whether voluntary or mandatory.
• Register on your own behalf only, not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at luck99. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identification card numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The details to be provided include:

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address accessible by you.
• A valid Malaysia phone number.
• Accurate payment details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Luck99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process requires you to upload a copy of a valid identification document. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal function.

04 Deposits & Payments

Luck99 supports multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All financial transactions are processed through payment channels compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Luck99 does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under the same member's name.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP membership tier — VIP Diamond members receive processing within 15 minutes, while standard members are processed within 3 hours on business days.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply according to your current VIP level.
• Luck99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Luck99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins rewards, and special VIP promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is launched.

General terms applicable to all luck99 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a minimum wagering requirement before wins can be withdrawn. The wagering ratio is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion (e.g. 20x, 30x).
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses that are not utilized within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games qualify toward bonus wagering requirements. Selected games may contribute varying percentages toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus Wagering Limit: While using bonus funds, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Breaching this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.
• Luck99 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected, including the systematic use of low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Using multiple accounts to obtain repeated welcome bonuses is a serious breach of these Terms.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the luck99 platform — including Live Casino, slots, bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and table games — have specific rules stated within each game's interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before you start playing.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent international body to ensure full fairness.
• Game results are final. No appeals against technical outcomes randomly generated by the system will be considered.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a game session, luck99 will use system records to determine the status of the affected game. If game data is incomplete, the related wager may be voided and funds returned.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Luck99 reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to any game for technical maintenance purposes without prior notice.

07 User Conduct

Luck99 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or artificial systems to interact with the platform or exploit games.
• Communicating rudely, making threats, or harassing other members or Luck99 staff through any platform communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your Luck99 account to another party.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or system bugs. Any errors discovered must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Colluding with other users in games to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., collusion in poker games).

08 Account Closure

You have the right to close your Luck99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days upon completion of identity verification.

Before closing your account, you must ensure:

• All eligible active balances have been withdrawn to your registered payment account.
• No active bets or games remaining in the account.
• Any active bonuses will be automatically forfeited when account closure is processed.

Luck99 also reserves the right to unilaterally close an account for reasons including breach of Terms, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. In such cases, Luck99 will notify the user where possible, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

09 Liability Limits

Luck99 provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available free from technical issues, maintenance, or disruptions beyond our control.

• Luck99 is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes randomly generated by a verified RNG system.
• Luck99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Luck99 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Luck99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

Luck99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to notify members of material changes via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility as a member to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always following the latest version. The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the luck99 platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account in accordance with the procedure stated in Section 8 above.
